Reiki |

'Reiki'
is a Japanese word that literally means 'Universal Life
Energy' ; the vital life force that runs through all
matter. A Reiki treatment is given 'hands on' with the
client fully clothed on the couch. Healing energy is
channeled to the clients body through the therapist,
this energy is used by the body to heal itself and replenish
energy stores.
Healing may take place on all levels, physical, emotional
and spiritual. A deeply restorative experience, with
clients experiencing deep relaxation and peaceful wellbeing. |

Pregnancy
Therapies |

offer all my therapies as appropriate to pregnant women,
after 12 weeks. Certain changes may be made to treatments
or oils used for instance; however, the relaxation and
specific therapeutic qualities of the treatments may
be of great benefit during pregnancy. Massage or Reflexology
during labour may be available ! Post natal therapies
can help the body and mind to adapt and restore. |

Reflexology |

A
powerful therapy using gentle manipulation of 'reflex
points' on the foot and ankle; which help to clear energy
blocks in all areas of the body. These may have been
causing 'dis-ease' or imbalance in the physical, emotional
or spiritual body.
May be extremely helpful for fertility, back, sinus
and sleep problems and many others.
Clients often describe the feeling of walking on air

Ear
Candling |

is also known as Thermo-auricular Therapy, ear candles
may be helpful with many wax related ear problems. Sinusitis,
Tinnitus, Rhinitis, snoring, pressure headaches and
reduced hearing may all be relieved with a course of
ear candles. (3 treatments over a varying length of
time dependent on condition) |
